CPA's don't often have a reputation of being explorers, but there's always exceptions. Joseph May spends much of his work days indoors as a CPA and financial consultant, but his real passion is exploring underwater. Joe grew up in Magee, Mississippi and now resides in Madison with his wife, Kim and their three daughters, Keely, Ally, and Jenna. His passion for diving has taken him to several locations from the Pacific to the Caribbean. While his experience with leading an industry line in a professional firm and teaching several different college courses over the years may not seem to coincide with diving, it's his devotion to teaching and sharing his interest that makes the connection. In his capacity as Divemaster, he gets to combine both his passion for teaching and underwater exploring.
